What began as a small beachfront chiringuito serving freshly grilled sardines and chilled manzanilla has blossomed into one of the most charming boutique resorts on the Cádiz coastline. Named after the wild rosemary — romero — that grows fragrantly across the nearby hillsides, El Romeral embodies rustic elegance, natural beauty, and authentic Mediterranean soul.
